My go-to recommendations for everyone are always a mix of the following and some new ones that come out during the year: Rebecca by Daphne Du Maurier, Salem’s Lot by Stephen King (of course), Ghostland by Colin Dickey and The Last House on Needless Street by Catriona Ward.
